The administration, notwithstanding, had said yesterday that Aryal was driven the police compel in light of benefits.

Prior, Silwal had tested the administration's February 12 choice to select Jaya Bahadur Chand as the IGP and got it denied.

In its March 21 decision, the Supreme Court had watched that Silwal had fared best in legitimacy and position among the four contenders, and guided the administration to choose the most able contender the Nepal Police boss according to the Rule 41 of the Nepal Police Regulations, other set up standards, the hierarchy of leadership of Nepal Police and solicitor [Nawaraj Silwal]'s genuine desire.
