Chinese Defense Minister General Chang Wanquan, who is on a three-day official visit to Nepal, has held a meeting with his Nepali partner Balkrishna Khand on Thursday.Held at Singha Durbar, the meeting essentially centered around how to complete safeguard functions amid regular disasters.In 60 minutes in length meeting, the Chinese Defense Minister Chang vowed to give trainings to the Nepali Army on fiasco administration and peace-keeping missions of the United Nations."Defense Minister Chang swore to give coordinations and types of gear required amid cataclysmic events and advancement developments," Defense Minister Khand cited his Chinese partner as saying.
